Terms of Service

1. About AI7 GROUP

AI7 GROUP is a Rwanda-based AI automation and systems agency providing intelligent automation solutions, including but not limited to WhatsApp automation, AI sales assistants, workflow automation, lead management systems, and custom integrations for businesses.

By accessing our website, services, or communicating with AI7 GROUP via WhatsApp, email, or other channels, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

AI7 GROUP provides:

• AI-powered chatbots and sales assistants
• WhatsApp and messaging automation
• Workflow and process automation
• CRM and lead-management integrations
• Consulting, system audits, and ongoing support

Services may be delivered as one-time projects, subscriptions, or managed systems depending on the agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and requirements
• Ensure they have legal rights to use phone numbers, customer data, and messaging platforms
• Use AI7 systems ethically and in compliance with platform policies (Meta, WhatsApp, Google, etc.)
• Avoid spam, misleading communication, or illegal use of automation

AI7 GROUP is not responsible for account bans or penalties caused by misuse, spam, or policy violations by the client.

4. Payments & Fees

• Prices are agreed upon before project start
• Payments may be upfront, milestone-based, or recurring depending on the service
• All fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Results & Guarantees

AI7 GROUP provides systems and automation tools designed to improve efficiency and sales. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, profits, or business outcomes. Results depend on the client’s offer, pricing, market, and execution.

6. Intellectual Property

• Custom workflows, prompts, and automations built for a client belong to the client after full payment
• AI7 GROUP retains the right to reuse general frameworks, templates, and non-confidential learnings
• Clients may not resell or redistribute AI7 systems without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

AI7 GROUP shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Platform outages (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, OpenAI, etc.)
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination

AI7 GROUP may suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Services are used for illegal or unethical activities

Clients may terminate services with written notice, subject to payment obligations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
